采用CFD数值模拟方法和周期性全截面计算模型,对三角形布管方式下的帘式折流片换热器折流栅装配方式、折流栅间距、折流片倾角和折流片宽度等几何结构参数对传热和压降的影响规律进行了数值研究,并采用实验测试验证了数值模拟方法及其结果的正确性和准确度。研究结果表明,折流栅间距、折流片倾角对帘式折流片换热器壳程流体传热和阻降性能有显著影响,折流栅装配方式、折流片宽度对其影响较小,建议折流栅间距取为150 mm以内,折流片倾角取为45°以内较为合适。
The CFD numerical simulation method and the periodic full cross section calculation model were used to analyze the baffle assembly method, the baffle pitch, the baffle inclination and the baffle width, etc. of the curtain baffle heat exchanger The influence of structure parameters on the heat transfer and pressure drop is numerically studied. The correctness and accuracy of the numerical simulation method and its results are verified by experimental tests. The results show that the distance between the baffle and the baffle have a significant effect on the heat transfer and drop resistance of the baffle heat exchanger. The baffle assembly method and baffle width have less influence on it , It is recommended that the distance between the baffle should be less than 150 mm and the inclination of the baffle should be within 45 °.
