本试验以本课题组选育获得的黄瓜自交系及其F_1代杂交种为材料,通过研究不同温度对黄瓜种子发芽率和发芽指数的影响以及发芽指数对发芽温度的回归方程,对黄瓜各材料做出耐冷性评价。结果表明:不同黄瓜材料低温下的发芽能力有显著差异,据此把试验材料划分为3个等级:长×津、长×宁、新×津、新×宁、山×津属于高耐低温材料;山×宁、长春、山东属于中耐低温材料;新泰、津七、宁阳属于低耐低温材料。6个黄瓜杂交种的低温发芽临界温度介于13.7-14.1℃之间,5个自交系的低温发芽临界温度介于14.9-15.7℃之间。
In this study, cucumber inbred lines obtained by our group and its F_1 hybrids were used as materials. The effects of different temperature on the germination rate and germination index of cucumber seeds and the regression equation of germination index and germination temperature were studied. Material made of cold resistance evaluation. The results showed that there were significant differences in the germination ability of different cucumber materials at low temperature. Therefore, the test materials were divided into three grades: length × length × length × length × width × width × width × width × width × height × height × height ; Mountain Xining, Changchun Xun, Shandong belong to the low temperature resistant materials; Xintao , Tianjin seven , Ning Yang are low-temperature materials. The critical temperature for 6 cucumber hybrids to germinate at low temperature ranged from 13.7 to 14.1 ℃, and the critical temperature for germination from 5 inbred lines ranged from 14.9 to 15.7 ℃.
