目的 :应用插入式微波内辐射热凝技术治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛。 方法 :应用针状辐射天线经黏膜插入神经干旁 ,行微波组织内辐射 ,功率 2 0 W,时间 5~ 10 s。结果 :1994年 9月至 2 0 0 0年 5月间 ,治疗三叉神经第 2、3支痛老年患者 2 7例 ,根据随访 1~ 5年 2 0例的疗效统计 ,明显缓解率达 75 % ,5年复发率为 2 5 % ,无明显并发症发生。复发的 5例中 ,多在术后1~ 2年以后 ,再次治疗 4例有效 ,其中 2例近期治愈。结论 :插入式微波内辐射热凝技术简便、安全、经济 ,是治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛第 2、3支疼痛者的较好方法。
OBJECTIVE: To treat elderly primary trigeminal neuralgia by inserting microwave internal radiation thermocoagulation. Methods: The acupuncture radiation antenna was inserted into the nerve trunk near the mucosa. The tissue was irradiated by microwave and the power was 20 W for 5 ~ 10 s. Results: From September 1994 to May 2000, 27 cases of elderly patients with trigeminal 2,3 and trigeminal pain were treated. According to the curative effect statistics of 20 cases who were followed up for 1 to 5 years, the apparent remission rate was 75% The 5-year recurrence rate was 25%, with no obvious complications. Of the 5 relapsed cases, more than 1 to 2 years after surgery, 4 cases were treated again effectively, of which 2 cases were cured recently. Conclusion: The microwave-assisted internal microwave coagulation technique is a simple, safe and economical method for the treatment of pain in the elderly with primary trigeminal neuralgia.
