随着我国经济的高速发展,人们的物质生活和精神面貌都有了翻天覆地的变化。改革开放之后,受到西方拜金、享乐主义思想的冲击,针对我国实行的党风廉政建设问题,成为了企业管理建设的重中之重。本文通过论述企业党员廉政建设管理体制的现状、企业廉政建设中出现的问题,以及完善企业党员廉政建设管理体制所采取的措施等方面,来表明加强党风建设管理,大力实施反腐倡廉,对企业发展起到的积极作用和重大意义。
With the rapid economic development in our country, people’s material life and mental outlook have undergone tremendous changes. After the reform and opening up, it has been hit by the Western thought of worshiping gold and hedonism. It has become the most important task for the construction of a clean government in our country. Through the discussion of the status quo of the management system of honest and clean government, the problems in the construction of the honest and clean government and the measures taken to improve the management system of the party members in building a clean and honest government, this article shows that strengthening the management of the party’s work style and vigorously implementing the anti-corruption policy Enterprise development has played a positive role and great significance.
