在我国,A型浮选机已沿用30多年。A型浮选机性能低劣,浮选指标不佳。其原因是主要部件——叶轮、盖板结构落后,影响吸入和分散空气。为了有效地改造成千上万台A型浮选机,提高浮选指标,节省改造费用和缩短工期,北京矿冶研究总院研制成功了XJZ型机械搅拌式浮选机。技术鉴定认为:该机与A型浮选机相比,浮选指标优越,改造费用仅为整机更换费用的1/3,并能缩短改造工期。
In our country, A-type flotation machine has been used for more than 30 years. A-type flotation machine performance is poor, poor flotation index. The reason is that the main components - the impeller, the cover structure behind, affect the inhalation and dispersion of air. In order to effectively transform tens of thousands of A-type flotation machines, improve flotation index, save the cost of reconstruction and shorten the construction period, Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute successfully developed XJZ type mechanical agitation flotation machine. Technical appraisal: Compared with A-type flotation machine, the machine has superior flotation index, the modification cost is only 1/3 of the replacement cost of the whole machine, and the construction period can be shortened.
