广东省房地产开发近年又出现新一篇的“圈地热”。圈占土地的面积动辄数千亩,甚至上万亩。由于广州市近郊区无地可买,圈地已向相邻县市扩展。 但是,有几个数字,值得关注: 一是2001年广东省商品房销售总面积约为2300万平方米,而年底空置商品房总面积也有近2000万平方米。按常理应当谨慎从事的开发商,何以依旧狮子大开口,大片吃进土地?
