液力(动液)传动液力传动系应用高速运动的液体的动能夹传递动力。这一动液传动原理已在重型施工机械上获得应用。为达到足够高的动压力,驱动部分相应地要有较高的转速。如果传递给从动部分的只是一个恒定的扭矩,而不需临时变换(增高)扭矩的话,可采用液力离合器。它由驱动部分的泵轮和从动部分的透平轮组成,其问仅由液流联系(图1)。当泵轮转得比透平轮快时,便开始传递能量。液力离合器主要用于要求起动平稳无冲击的机器上,因为驱动部分的转速变化可以不立即反映在透平(从动)轮上(即可允许有一定的转速差……译注)。铺设沥青路面用的重型压路机,
Hydraulic (hydrodynamic) transmission Hydraulic transmission system uses high-speed kinetic energy of the liquid clip transfer power transmission. The principle of hydrodynamic transmission has been applied in heavy construction machinery. In order to achieve a sufficiently high dynamic pressure, the drive section accordingly has to have a higher rotational speed. A hydraulic clutch can be used if only a constant torque is transmitted to the driven part without the need to temporarily change (increase) the torque. It consists of a driven part of the pump wheel and driven part of the turbine wheel composition, which asked only by the flow of contact (Figure 1).
