1.设计。屋面的横剖面如图1所示,由于我省气候塞冷,故采用双层屋面方案。折板利用内、外纵墙承重,平行于横墙铺设。在下层板上刷歴青一层作隔气用,再铺鋸末、炉碴等保温层,板底刷浆不抹灰,室内天棚呈波形。上层折板代替屋面防水层,在板上刷石蜡汽油一层,取消了卷材防水层。为减少构件类型,上、下二层折板的断面尺寸相同,仅配筋不同(图2)。因采用翻转脱模,内表面不着地,较平整光滑,故天棚底面只刷浆即可,不用抹灰。相邻折板接缝处用砂浆勾缝。折板在支座处入墙12厘米,并在内墙端设横隔板。折板直接座浆于墙上,一般不设锚固筋,仅在屋脊处用螺栓拉结之(图
1. Design. The cross section of the roof is shown in Fig. 1. Because of the cold climate in our province, a double-deck roofing scheme was adopted. Folding panels use the inner and outer vertical wall bearing and are laid parallel to the horizontal wall. The bottom layer of the board is brushed with a bluish layer for air separation, then sawdust, furnace and other insulation layers are applied. The bottom board is not plastered, and the indoor ceiling is wave-shaped. The upper flap replaces the waterproof layer on the roof, and a layer of paraffin wax is brushed on the panel to eliminate the waterproof layer of the coil. In order to reduce the type of components, the cross-sectional dimensions of the upper and lower two-layer flaps are the same, and only the reinforcement is different (Fig. 2). Due to the use of flipping and stripping, the inner surface is not grounded, and it is smoother and smoother. Therefore, only the bottom of the ceiling can be brushed without plastering. Joints of adjacent flaps were jointed with mortar. The flaps are 12 cm into the wall at the support and a transverse bulkhead is located at the inner wall. Folding plate directly on the wall, generally does not have anchoring ribs, only bolted at the ridge (Figure
