上海郊区电力灌溉泵站技术改造试点工作,在经历前期准备(包括普查和规划)、试点、扩大试验(包括测试考核)三个阶段后,现基本结束。四种低扬程泵型的试点泵站,在不同工况下的实测泵站装置效率,均达到或超过水利部部颁标准。本文就适宜郊区农田灌溉要求的四种低扬程泵型及其泵站的测试考核成果进行概述和分析。试点的成功,为推动上海郊区和其他低扬程地区的泵站技术改造,提供了高效低耗的优质泵型和设计合理的泵站型式。
The experimental work on technical renovation of Shanghai suburban electric irrigation pumping station is basically completed after three stages of preliminary preparation (including census and planning), piloting and expansion of testing (including testing and examination). Four kinds of low-lift pump-type pilot pump station, under different conditions of the measured pumping station device efficiency, meet or exceed the Ministry of Water Resources ministerial standards. This paper summarizes and analyzes the test results of four low-lift pumps and pump stations that are suitable for the irrigation of suburban farmland. The success of the pilot project has provided high-quality and low-cost high-quality pump type and well-designed pump station type to promote the technological transformation of pumping stations in Shanghai suburbs and other low-lift areas.
