各种制冷装置虽然采用封闭循环系统,但在运行中会渗入不凝性气体。系统中存在这种不凝性气体,就会降低制冷能力,并增加电力损耗。放空气器的作用就是驱除不凝性气体,使制冷系统经常维持正常的压力,并消除上述弊端。在不同的温度下驱除不凝性气体时,制冷剂的损失是不同的,亦即温度越低,混在不凝性气体中的制冷剂量就越少,放空气时制冷剂的损失也就越少。因此,为了最大限度地减少制冷剂的损失,应提高放空气器的换热效果。笔者对空气分离器曾进行过探讨与摸索、并设计了一种“管簇腹板式空气分离器”。它
