换位教学是师生通过角色互换以共同完成教与学任务的一种新型的教学模式,主要包括学生讲授与教师评价两方面。换位教学在小学数学课堂中的运用过程中,体现新课改的理念,达到快乐学习的目标、提升教师对课堂的预设判断能力,达到提高小学生素质教育的目的的能力。在换位教学的过程中,需要注意教师的重要作用、注意评价的度、适用范围等几个问题,以达到激发学生兴趣、增强课堂参与能力,全面提高小学生素质的目的。
The transposition teaching is a new type of teaching mode in which teachers and students exchange their roles and accomplish the tasks of teaching and learning together, including the teaching of students and the evaluation of teachers. In the course of using mathematics in elementary mathematics classroom, transposition teaching embodies the concept of new curriculum reform, achieves the goal of happy learning, enhances the teachers’ ability of prejudging classroom judgment, and achieves the purpose of improving the quality education of primary school students. In the process of transposition teaching, it is necessary to pay attention to the important role of teachers, pay attention to the evaluation of the degree, the scope of application and several other issues, in order to stimulate students interest, enhance classroom participation ability, and comprehensively improve the quality of primary school students.
