近年来,CNC(计算机控制的数控)机床在汽车生产中的应用日益广泛。因为它的适应性强、结构简单、可靠性和精度都很高。其刀具或砂轮头架或工作台的进给量,可准确到1~0.25μm。一、CNC 曲轴铣床瑞士和日本一些厂家生产的这种机床,可以根据用户要求,配一个或二个内铣刀盘。一个加工连杆轴颈;一个同时加工主轴颈。一次装夹将所有轴颈加工完毕。机床的工作原理如图1。
