职业教育在特殊教育学校各项工作中具有重要意义,良好的职业教育不仅能使残障学生自食其力,更可通过经济自立达到其人格的独立,从而实现健全人格,逐步融入社会的特殊教育总目标。早在1998年教育部颁布的《特殊教育学校暂行规程》中就对特殊教育学校开展职业教育工作有过具体指导意见。笔者试就基层特教学校如何具体开展职教工作探讨如下:
Vocational education plays an important role in all kinds of special education schools. A good vocational education not only enables students with disabilities to earn their own living, but also achieves the independence of their personality through economic independence so as to achieve the overall goal of sound personality and gradual integration into the special education for the general public. As early as 1998, the “Provisional Regulations on Special Education Schools” promulgated by the Ministry of Education had specific guidance on carrying out vocational education in special education schools.
