今年4月28～29日,中国航海学会在京召开《中华海魂》编写工作会议,交通部、海军、国家海洋局、中国社会科学院、中国自然科学院以及有关的社团和企、事业单位的领导或专家、学者等30人出席了会议。会议由中国航海学会理事长林祖乙同志主持,中国航海学会名誉理事长、原交通部部长彭德清同志发表了重要讲话。会议讨论并确定了《中华海魂》一书的宗旨、提纲、特点和要求,会议计划该书于年内、至迟明年一季度正式出版。《中华海魂》是一本精品型的、老少皆宜的中高档科普读物。它的编写出版将促进中华海
