随着人们生活水平的不断提高,旅游已经成为当前的热门产业。根据市场调查显示,近几年来旅游产业所带来的经济效益不断提高。然而,在旅游业不断发展的状况下,景区的经营也成为了一大要点。核心业务盈利能力、基础服务盈利能力、增值业务盈利能力是旅游景区盈利模式的重要组成要素。要针对旅游景区的经营绩效进行研究,就必须要针对其盈利模式进行分析,而要解析其盈利模式必须要从其三个盈利能力着手。可以说,经营绩效与盈利模式成正相关关系。正视旅游景区盈利模式与经营绩效的关系,从而使得景区经营上能够更加符合其盈利的需求,进而保证其盈利的目的,同时,促进其盈利增加,以推动我国旅游景区的整体效益提高,间接推动经济效益。
