目的观察罗格列酮对果糖饲料喂养产生胰岛素抵抗的SD大鼠的脂蛋白脂酶活性和血压的影响。方法 30只6周龄SD大鼠分为果糖喂养组、罗格列酮治疗组及对照组。喂养期间每周用尾动脉血压间接测量法测血压1次。喂养8周后行FPG、FIns、TG、TC、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的测定,分别与对照组比较。结果果糖喂养组的血压、FIns、TG、TC及FFA均高于对照组和罗格列酮治疗组,而胰岛素敏感指数及脂蛋白脂酶活性均低于对照组和罗格列酮治疗组。结论罗格列酮具有改善果糖饲料喂养SD大鼠的胰岛素抵抗、增加脂蛋白脂酶活性,降低血脂的作用,并有轻度降低血压的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of rosiglitazone on lipoprotein lipase activity and blood pressure in insulin-resistant SD rats fed with fructose diet. Methods Thirty 6-week-old SD rats were divided into fructose-fed group, rosiglitazone-treated group and control group. Blood pressure was measured weekly by indirect measurement of tail artery pressure during feeding. After 8 weeks of feeding, the levels of FPG, FIns, TG, TC, VLDL and free fatty acids (FFA) were measured and compared with the control group respectively. Results The blood pressure, FIns, TG, TC and FFA in fructose-fed group were higher than those in control group and rosiglitazone-treated group, but insulin sensitivity index and lipoprotein lipase activity were lower than those in control group and rosiglitazone-treated group. Conclusions Rosiglitazone can improve the insulin resistance, increase lipoprotein lipase activity, lower blood lipids in SD rats fed with fructose diet and slightly lower blood pressure.
