本文对35例突发性耳聋患者(以下简称“突聋”)进行球结膜微循环的观察,并与40名健康人作比较,同时还对突聋的22例进行了听性脑干反应(ABR)测试.球结膜微循环观察发现,突聋患者半数以上有微血管数减少、出现缺血区并同时伴有流速减慢、红细胞聚集等特征.ABR测试结果则表明,突聋患者的听力损失程度与微循环血流障碍的程度有明显的相关性.
