目的了解海门市农村居民的空腹血糖水平及可能的影响因素。方法对海门市某农场20岁及以上居民进行空腹血糖、B超、身高和体重检查。结果海门市农村居民的空腹血糖水平为(5.46±1.65)mmol/L(95%CI 5.40~5.52 mmol/L)。空腹血糖水平为糖尿病>空腹血糖受损者>正常空腹血糖者。在383人(14.25%)高血糖中,空腹血糖受损185人(6.89%),糖尿病人为218人(8.11%)。脂肪肝人群的空腹血糖水平明显高于无脂肪肝者(t=8.24,P<0.05)。脂肪肝中糖尿病检出率为15.62%,明显高于无脂肪肝者的糖尿病检出率(5.21%)(χ2=78.52,P<0.05)。正常体重者、超重者、肥胖者的空腹血糖水平差异有统计学意义(χ2=86.08,P<0.05)。肥胖者的糖尿病检出率为11.26%,高于超重者(9.68%)、正常者(5.73%),χ2=78.52,P<0.05。女性60岁及以上人群的糖尿病检出率高于小于60岁者。结论海门市农村居民脂肪肝、超重或肥胖者空腹血糖水平和糖尿病检出率明显高于无脂肪肝和BMI正常者。
Objective To understand the fasting blood glucose level and its possible influencing factors among rural residents in Haimen. Methods The fasting blood glucose, B-ultrasound, height and weight of residents aged 20 and over in a farm in Haimen were examined. Results The fasting blood glucose of rural residents in Haimen was (5.46 ± 1.65) mmol / L (95% CI 5.40-5.52 mmol / L). Fasting blood glucose levels for diabetes> impaired fasting glucose> normal fasting blood sugar were. Of the 383 (14.25%) hyperglycemia, 185 (6.89%) impaired fasting glucose and 218 (8.11%) had diabetes mellitus. The fasting blood glucose levels of fatty liver patients were significantly higher than those without fatty liver (t = 8.24, P <0.05). The detection rate of diabetes in fatty liver was 15.62%, which was significantly higher than that of non-fatty liver (5.21%) (χ2 = 78.52, P <0.05). The difference of fasting blood glucose between normal weight, overweight and obesity was statistically significant (χ2 = 86.08, P <0.05). The prevalence of diabetes in obese subjects was 11.26%, higher than overweight (9.68%), normal subjects (5.73%), χ2 = 78.52, P <0.05. The prevalence of diabetes in women aged 60 and over was higher than that of women under 60. Conclusion The detection rates of fasting blood glucose and diabetes in rural residents with fatty liver, overweight or obesity are significantly higher than those without fatty liver and normal BMI in Haimen.
