危机沟通是公共危机管理的基础性手段。政府在危机沟通管理过程中,通过与外部的沟通达到化解危机,规避风险的目的。但以往政府由于自身组织结构、人员以及技术上的限制,在处理与外部的危机沟通相关问题时,主要依靠媒体这一途径,在公众性指向方面缺乏直接有效的手段,电子政府及其相关理论与技术的发展为这一问题的解决提供了新的分析视角。
Crisis communication is the basic means of public crisis management. In crisis communication management, the government achieves the purpose of resolving the crisis and avoiding risks by communicating with the outside. However, in the past, due to its own organizational structure, personnel and technical limitations, the government mainly relied on the media to handle issues related to external crisis communications and lacked direct and effective means for public sexual orientation. The e-government and its related theories With the development of technology provides a new analytical perspective for the solution of this problem.
