目的探讨端粒酶与大肠腺瘤恶变的关系。方法用原位杂交技术检测30例大肠腺瘤组织,30例正常大肠粘膜组织,30例大肠腺瘤恶变组织和其临近正常腺瘤组织的端粒酶活性。结果大肠腺瘤恶变组织检出活性86.6%,强阳性73·3%,弱阳性13.3%;癌灶旁腺瘤组织阳性率60%,强阳性6.7%,弱阳性53.3%;正常腺瘤阳性率10%,强阳性3.3%,弱阳性6.7%。正常粘膜阳性率0%。结论端粒酶是大肠腺瘤恶变的关键分子,是腺瘤恶变的内在因子,是大肠腺瘤恶变趋势的标记,而并非恶性转化的标记。
Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase and malignant transformation of colorectal adenoma. Methods The in situ hybridization was used to detect telomerase activity in 30 cases of colorectal adenoma, 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, 30 cases of colorectal adenoma malignant transformation and its adjacent normal adenoma tissues. Results The positive rate of malignant colorectal adenoma was 86.6%, strong positive 73.3% and weak positive 13.3%, respectively. The positive rate of adenoma tissue was 60%, strong positive 6.7%, weak positive 53.3%. The positive rate of normal adenoma 10%, strong positive 3.3%, weak positive 6.7%. Normal mucosal positive rate of 0%. Conclusion Telomerase is the key factor in the malignant transformation of colorectal adenoma. It is the intrinsic factor of malignant transformation of adenoma and is the marker of malignant transformation of colorectal adenoma. It is not a marker of malignant transformation.
