黄芪为紫云英属膜荚黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus Bge)的根。南京药物研究所从此根中分离到一种三萜皂苷,又称黄芪皂苷甲,简称Asl。关于它的化学结构已有报道。在动物试验中表现出多种生物活性。本文报道了Asl对某些生物活性物质的作用试图阐明黄芪的扶正作用。
Astragalus is the root of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. Nanjing Institute of Materia Medica isolated from this root of a triterpene saponin, also known as Astragaloside A, referred to as Asl. Its chemical structure has been reported. In animal experiments showed a variety of biological activity. This paper reports the effect of Asl on certain bioactive substances in an attempt to elucidate the role of Astragalus in amenorrhoea.
