随着生命科学的发展,人们对基因的认识越来越深入,“基因”一词经过一个世纪的演变,已经可以从分子水平上进行更精准的解释。基因概念历史渊源的研究不仅可以从本质上揭示生命现象的奥秘,也可以促进商业和计算机等具有“生命”现象的领域的发展。这里综述了基因概念的发展历程,介绍了应用量子化学工具研究核酸的方法,分析了量子化学方法在遗传学领域的应用前景。
With the development of life sciences, people are getting more and more profound understanding of genes. After a century of evolution, the term “gene” has been able to interpret more precisely the molecular level. The study of the origin of gene concept can not only reveal the mystery of life phenomenon in essence, but also promote the development of such fields as “business life” and computer. Here we review the development of gene concept, introduce methods of using quantum chemistry tools to study nucleic acid, and analyze the application prospect of quantum chemistry in genetics.
