本文通过在φ900双锥密封试验台上进行的高压高温(压力320kg/cm~2,温度300℃)密封试验,摸索了主要密封连接零件的温度变化规律和预紧力、螺栓力的变化及其对密封性能的影响。结果表明:双锥密封在高温下,对螺栓预紧力减少,法兰错动并不敏感,适应性较强。同时,也证明了在300℃高温下密封参数的选取及设计计算方法可按常温下的结论进行。图10。表5。参考文献2。
