观察ARDS患者氧自由基和血粘度变化 ,并探讨两者间的关系。方法用NXE -4锥板式粘度计检测高切变率(200S -1)、中切变率(20S -1)和低切变率(4S -1)下全血表观粘度 ;测定SOD蛋白含量、活性和MDA含量。结果ARDS组高、中、低切变率下全血表观粘度明显增高(P<0.05和P<0.01) ;MnSOD活性明显降低(P<0.05) ,MDA含量明显增高(P<0.01) ;MDA含量与高、中、低各切变率下全血表观粘度均显著相关。结论ARDS时全血粘度增高 ,其可能与氧自由基增加有关
To observe the changes of oxygen free radicals and blood viscosity in patients with ARDS, and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods Apparent viscosity of whole blood under high shear rate (200S -1), medium shear rate (20S -1) and low shear rate (4S -1) was measured with NXE -4 cone plate viscometer. The content of SOD protein , Activity and MDA content. Results The apparent viscosity of whole blood in ARDS group increased significantly (P <0.05 and P <0.01), the activity of MnSOD decreased significantly (P <0.05), MDA content increased significantly (P <0.01) The content and the apparent viscosity of whole blood under high, medium and low shear rates were all significantly correlated. Conclusion ARDS increased whole blood viscosity, which may be related to the increase of oxygen free radicals
