我省農村糧食‘三定’到戶工作,目前正在迅速展開,廣大農民將在糧食預售的基礎上繼續繳售餘糧。棉花統購工作亦已開始,廣大棉農繳售棉花極爲踴躍。油料統購和其他經濟作物的收購工作,亦在順利進行中。隨着農產品採購工作的展開,農民的購買力必然顯著增長,農村旺季市塲的銷貨容量必然大爲增加。因此,迅速加強農村市塲的物資供應工作,以適應農民生產和生活上的需要,從而促進農產品採購任務的勝利完成,乃是當前各地的一項極爲重大迫切的任務。必須認識,今年秋收後的旺季市塲有幾個重要的特點。第一、由於今年國家對農產品的收購進度在時間上比往年提前,因此,今年的旺季較往年提前;第二、由於今年農作物的收成較好,工業品的商品供應量也較去年增加。國家的採購、供絕計劃數字一般都較去年同期約增加百分之二十左右,因此,今年的旺季北往年更旺;第三、由於今年不像去年那樣部分地區遭受嚴重的自然災害,改變了各個地區之間不平衡的情况,因此,今年旺季市塲的活躍較去年普遍。這些特點,都是有利於經濟發展的好現象。爲了滿足廣大農民的需要,完成國家計劃,穩定市塲和鞏固工農聯盟,全省各級國家行政機關以及其所屬的貿易合作部門必須適應這種情况,把農村市塲的物資供應工作當作一項重要的政治任務和經濟任務,集中足够的力量,保證做好旺季市塲的物資供應工作。 In our province, the work of “fixing rural households” to households is currently under way and the vast majority of peasants will continue to sell their surplus grains on the basis of grain pre-sales.
