《中华全国总工会贯彻国务院〈中国妇女发展纲要(2001-2010年)〉实施方案》从我国女职工的现状出发,确定了2001-2010年女职工发展的总目标和主要目标与措施。其中六个方面的主要目标是: 一、女职工与劳动权益:消除就业性别歧视,促进男女就业机会均等,监督实施我国已批准的有关性别平等的国际劳工公约;保障女职工与男职工平等的劳动权益,实现同工同酬,推动建立健全社会性别就业立法和制定政策的进程;女职工享有与男职工平等的社会保障权利;依法保障女职工享受特殊劳动保护。
