建筑基础工程作为建筑工程中重要的组成部分,其质量是整个建筑质量的前提和保障。建筑基础工程的质量包括设计质量、施工质量和验收质量,其中施工质量是其中最重要的一个环节。在建筑基础工程的实施过程中,影响其施工质量的因素包括偶然因素和异常因素两种。本文通过分析建筑基础工程施工过程中存在的施工质量通病,提出了四条防治措施,以供同仁们借鉴。
As an important part of the construction project, the basic construction of a building is the prerequisite and guarantee of the whole construction quality. The quality of construction foundation engineering includes design quality, construction quality and acceptance quality, of which construction quality is one of the most important aspects. In the implementation process of building foundation engineering, the factors affecting the construction quality include two kinds of accidental factors and abnormal factors. In this paper, by analyzing the common defects of construction quality in the construction of foundation engineering, four prevention and control measures are put forward for the reference of colleagues.
