利用双级雾化快速凝固工艺制备了微晶(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe合金,通过对合金微观组织分析和力学性能测定,研究了不同时效热处理工艺对合金性能影响.结果表明,合金的峰时效工艺包括:753K固溶1.5h,水淬,自然时效96h;然后423K下人工时效6h;峰时效热处理工艺下合金的极限抗拉强度达559.9MPa,硬度达HV231.8.
The microcrystalline (2024Al) -20Si-5Fe alloy was prepared by two-stage atomization rapid solidification process. The effects of different aging heat treatments on the properties of the alloy were studied by analyzing the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy. The results show that the peak aging process of the alloy includes: solution treatment at 753K for 1.5h, water quenching, and natural aging for 96h; then artificial aging at 423K for 6h; ultimate tensile strength of the alloy under peak aging heat treatment process reaches 559.9MPa and hardness reaches HV231 .8.
