目的探讨高龄前列腺增生(BPH)患者手术并发症的临床诊断治疗分析。方法 126例高龄前列腺增生患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。观察组使用常规手术治疗方法 ,对照组使用综合性治疗方法进行治疗,对比分析两者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果显著,总有效率达到95.2%,明显高于对照组的74.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄前列腺患者的治疗中,综合性的检查和治疗手段,能够有效对并发症进行诊断,改善患者病情,提高患者痊愈率,是一种科学、高效的治疗模式,值得在临床治疗中推广运用。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of surgical complications in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 63 cases in each. Observation group using conventional surgical treatment, the control group using a comprehensive treatment for treatment, comparative analysis of both treatment. Results The observation group had a significant therapeutic effect, with a total effective rate of 95.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.6%) (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with prostate, comprehensive examination and treatment can effectively diagnose the complications, improve the patient’s condition and improve the cure rate of patients, which is a scientific and efficient treatment model that is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment use.
