“乡案县审”工作机制实施以来,有效解决了基层纪委存在的案件质量不高、查审不分等问题,对基层纪委案件查办工作的科学化、制度化、法治化和长效化建设起到了积极推动作用。为更好的落实“乡案县审”工作机制,促进基层纪委的发展建设,在组织实施“乡案县审”工作中,应注意把握好以下几个问题。
