根据基因库中已发表的百合斑驳病毒(Lily mottle virus,LMoV)外壳蛋白基因序列设计引物,通过RT-PCR从喇叭水仙(Narcissus pseudonarcissus)‘Pink-charm’样品中扩增出1条大小与试验设计相符的553bp的特异性LMoV RT-PCR带。扩增产物序列分析表明:与GenBank中百合斑驳病毒百合分离物核苷酸相似性在90%以上。将该序列翻译为外壳蛋白的氨基酸序列ABW16938,发现它完全存在于GenBank登录的LMoV病毒外壳蛋白序列NP-945145中,确认喇叭水仙该样品感染了百合斑驳病毒。
Primers were designed according to published Lily mottle virus (LMoV) coat protein gene sequences, and one size and one test were amplified from the samples of ’Pink-charm’ of Narcissus pseudonarcissus by RT-PCR A 553bp specific LMoV RT-PCR band was designed. Sequence analysis of the amplified product showed that the nucleotide similarity to Lily mottle lily isolate in GenBank was over 90%. The sequence was translated into the amino acid sequence of coat protein ABW16938 and found to be completely present in the LMOV viral coat protein sequence NP-945145 registered in GenBank, confirming that the sample was infected with lily mottle virus.
