目的观察补肾通络中药对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的抑制作用。方法将60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、模型组、补肾通络中药组,采用摘除双侧卵巢法建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,于术后1个月开始给药,连续给药3个月,观察补肾通络中药对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学及骨代谢相关血清生化的影响。结果 3个月后,补肾通络中药可显著增加大鼠股骨与腰椎的骨密度(0.153±0.012 g/cm2,0.187±0.012/g/cm2)、改善股骨骨生物力学(153.2±13.5/N,361.3±21.1/N.mm-1,44.1±9.6/mJ)及腰椎骨生物力学(193.3±23.1/N,765.1±83.3/N.mm-1,42.3±8.5/mJ),同时提高血清ALP的水平(198.9±7.7/U.L-1)。结论补肾通络中药可提高去卵巢实验性骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度、骨生物力学及血清ALP的水平,有明显的治疗骨质疏松作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Bushen Tongluo Chinese medicine on bone loss in ovariectomized rats. Methods Sixty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, model group and Bushen Tongluo Chinese medicine group. Rats model of osteoporosis was established by ablation ovary method, , Continuous administration for 3 months to observe the effect of Bushen Tongluo Chinese medicine on bone mineral density, bone biomechanics and bone metabolism-related serum biochemical in ovariectomized rats. Results After 3 months, Bushen Tongluo Chinese herbs significantly increased the BMD of the femur and lumbar spine (0.153 ± 0.012 g / cm 2 and 0.187 ± 0.012 / g / cm 2), and improved femoral bone biomechanics (153.2 ± 13.5 / N, 361.3 ± 21.1 / N.mm-1,44.1 ± 9.6 / mJ) and lumbar vertebra biomechanics (193.3 ± 23.1 / N, 765.1 ± 83.3 / N.mm-1,42.3 ± 8.5 / mJ) Horizontal (198.9 ± 7.7 / UL-1). Conclusion Bushen Tongluo Chinese medicine can improve bone mineral density, bone biomechanics and serum ALP level in ovariectomized experimental osteoporosis rats, and has an obvious effect on treating osteoporosis.
