在ERP环境下构建全面预算管理体系是当前一个崭新的研究领域。本文作者从石油勘探企业的视角,从业绩评价、风险控制、动态考核等方面,进行了实务探讨和创新研究,提出了ERP全面促进全面预算管理的观点。
Constructing a comprehensive budget management system under the ERP environment is a brand new research field at present. From the perspective of petroleum exploration enterprises, the author conducts practical discussion and innovation research from the aspects of performance evaluation, risk control and dynamic assessment, and puts forward the viewpoint that ERP can promote overall budget management in an all-round way.
