我室在以往的流行病学调查及实验研究中发现大蒜对胃癌发病有预防作用。为了进一步验证,我们对1980年10月在胃癌回顾性调查中确认的50~59岁健康男性居民进行了五年前瞻性调查,结果表明少食大蒜组人群的胃癌死亡率显著高于多食大蒜组,进一步证实了多食用大蒜有预防胃癌的作用。现将结果报告如下:
Our past epidemiological surveys and experimental studies have found that garlic has a preventive effect on the incidence of gastric cancer. To further verify, we conducted a five-year prospective survey of healthy male residents aged 50-59 years confirmed in a retrospective review of gastric cancer in October 1980. The results showed that the mortality rate of gastric cancer in the garlic-individual group was significantly higher than that in the garlic-rich group. , further confirmed that eating more garlic has the role of preventing gastric cancer. The results reported below:
