田径运动是小学生入学以后的体育项目之一,该项运动在小学生体能锻炼方面有着重要的作用,但是,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,小学生在家庭的优越感逐渐增强,吃苦耐劳精神逐渐缺失,对于田径运动项目不感兴趣甚至对于耐力型项目不参与,这种厌烦情绪覆盖了小学生的学习和生活,逐步影响小学生的心理和观念,作为小学教师应该及时寻求一种新的干预方式引入到小学田径运动中,让小学生积极的参与到各项运动之中,提高身体素质的同时也锻炼了自己的心智,本文正是从这个角度出发,提出将心理干预引入到小学田径运动之中,分析了小学生在参与田径运动项目中遇到的难题,而后提出引入心理干预后的种种措施,探讨了小学田径运动引入心理干预的优势。
