一、概述在化工企业及科研单位生产工艺流程中,有许多场合需要测量或控制各种容器、贮罐的液位。由于容器结构和被测介质状态不同,现场安装条件及要求信号输出方式有异,所以所选液位测量仪表及控制检测方法也多种多样。下面以丁烯-1塔、釜液位测量为例,简述双室平衡容器是怎样用于带压容器液位测量的。在丁烯-1中试装置中,物料主要成分是C_1。它是一种易燃、易爆、易挥发的物料,在常温常压下呈气态。根据工艺要求系统压力控制在0.5886MPa(表压),装置运行期间塔釜液位应保持一定高度。鉴于上述情况,我们选用双室平衡容器测量带压容器液位,取得了较理想结果。
First, an overview In the chemical industry and scientific research units production process, there are many occasions need to measure or control a variety of containers, storage tank level. As the container structure and the measured state of different media, on-site installation conditions and requirements of signal output are different, so the selected level measuring instruments and control testing methods are varied. The following butene-1 tower, kettle liquid level measurement, for example, briefly describes how the use of double-chamber balanced container pressure vessel level measurement. In the butene-1 pilot plant, the main ingredient of the material is C_1. It is a flammable, explosive, volatile materials, at room temperature and pressure was gaseous. According to process requirements system pressure control at 0.5886MPa (gauge pressure), the tower reactor during the operation level should be maintained at a certain height. In view of the above situation, we choose double-chamber balance container pressure vessel level measurement, and achieved better results.
