x光衍射分析表明,所制备的五种丁烯氧化脱氢用铁系催化剂样品分别具有α-Fe_2O_3、γ-Fe_2O_3、ZnFe_2O_4、ZnFe_2O_4·20%α-Fe_2O_3和ZnFe_2O_420%γFe_2O_3物相结构。在五种样品上分别进行了氧和丁烯的吸附及其程序升温脱附,初步结果表明:α-Fe_2O_3、γ-Fe_2O_3和ZnFe_2O_4都是丁烯氧化脱氢反应的活性相,但它们吸附氧和吸附丁烯的能力不同,对丁烯的异构化、氧化脱氢和燃烧反应的作用也有所不同。结合样品作为供氧体的试验结果,对丁烯在混合双相样品上的氧化脱氢过程作了初步讨论。
X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the five Fe-based catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation of butene have the phase structures of α-Fe_2O_3, γ-Fe_2O_3, ZnFe_2O_4, ZnFe_2O_4 · 20% α-Fe_2O_3 and ZnFe_2O_420% γFe_2O_3, respectively. Adsorption of oxygen and butene and temperature-programmed desorption were carried out on five samples respectively. The preliminary results showed that α-Fe 2 O 3, γ-Fe 2 O 3 and ZnFe 2 O 4 are the active phases for the oxidative dehydrogenation of butene. However, Unlike the ability to adsorb butenes, the effect on the isomerization, oxydehydrogenation, and combustion reactions of butenes is also different. Combined with the sample as a test result of oxygen donor, the oxidative dehydrogenation of butene on mixed two-phase samples was preliminarily discussed.
