1.加强组织建设 组织工作委员会的工作在学会和挂靠单位(15所)的积极关心和领导下得到了加强,经15所推荐,学会确认由15所科技委办公室主任杨荣章高级工程师担任副秘书长,分抓组织工作日常事务,团体会员的工作认真总结了过去的成绩和经验,明确了指导思想,制定了发展的措施和办法。 技术咨询委员会经几次讨论酝酿,逐步健全并开始工作,学会创办经济技术实体的工作由于多方面的原因,仍需下大力方可促成。
