目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合子宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)治疗有症状的宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床疗效。方法:对我院2012年4月~2014年4月行LEEP术治疗的68例有症状的宫颈柱状上皮异位患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,其中对照组30例单纯行LEEP术治疗,并于术后常规口服抗菌药5 d预防感染;观察组38例在对照组基础上给予重组人干扰素α-2b栓10万IU阴道放置,隔日1次,10 d为1个疗程,每月于月经干净后使用2个疗程,6个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效、阴道出血时间、阴道排液持续时间、创面愈合时间及治疗前后HPV持续感染率。结果:对照组治愈率66.67%,观察组治愈率为92.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组创面愈合19例(63.33%),观察组创面愈合32例(84.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组阴道出血时间、阴道排液持续时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组HPV持续感染率为16.67%;治疗组HPV持续感染率为0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未见明显药品不良反应。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b联合LEEP术治疗有症状的宫颈柱状上皮异位安全有效,可有效缩短创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间、阴道排液持续时间,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with cervical ring electrotomy (LEEP) in the treatment of symptomatic cervical columnar epithelial ectopic. Methods: The clinical data of 68 patients with symptomatic cervical columnar epithelial ectopic patients treated with LEEP from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 30 patients in the control group were treated with LEEP alone In the control group, 38 cases were given oral administration of recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository with 100,000 IUs every other day, once every other day and 10 days as a course of treatment. Each month, After menstruation was clean, 2 courses of treatment were used. After 6 courses of treatment, clinical curative effect, vaginal bleeding time, vaginal discharge duration, wound healing time and persistent HPV infection rate before and after treatment were observed. Results: The cure rate of the control group was 66.67%, the cure rate of the observation group was 92.11%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the control group wound healing in 19 cases (63.33%), observation group wound healing in 32 cases (84.21% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the observation group vaginal bleeding time, vaginal discharge duration, wound healing time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the persistent infection rate of HPV in control group was 16.67%. The persistent infection rate of HPV in treatment group was 0, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Two groups of patients during the treatment showed no obvious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with LEEP is safe and effective in the treatment of symptomatic cervical columnar epithelium. It can shorten the wound healing time, vaginal bleeding time and duration of vaginal discharge, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
