1977年,长航南京分局把将钢铁二十八轮改建为油污水处理船和油船洗舱工作船列为长航管理局重点科技项目之一,1979年10月试验投产,1980年12月由长航管理局召开了技术评议会。
In 1977, Changzhou Nanjing Branch changed its 28th round of steel into an oily wastewater treatment vessel and a tanker washing vessel as one of the key science and technology projects of Changhang Administration Bureau. Trial production started in October 1979 and was started in December 1980 by Changhang Authority held a technical review.
