引言 集成注入逻辑(或称组合晶体管逻辑)──I~2L/MTL是以逆态(倒置)应用的多收集极NPN管作倒相管和以横向PNP管为电流源及负载的一种新型双极逻辑。I~2L电路具有赶集成结构特征。采用标准外延双极工艺的普通I~2L电路在小电流下可获得极高的封装密度(5微米最小条宽下为400门/mm~2)、低功耗·延迟乘积(三边注入典型值为0.13PJ/门,理论极限值为0.0001PJ/门)。并具有版图设计灵活、便于接口及工艺结构简单等优点。从而为双极LSI开拓了重要方向。
