小儿重型颅脑损伤的护理99例

目的研究天普洛安对阻塞性黄疸病人围手术期的肝肾功能的保护作用.方法以我科连续收治的需手术治疗的阻塞性黄疸病人42例为研究对象,24例为试验组,18例为对照组,试验组立即给予天普洛安静脉点滴,疗程为5 d,对照组仅予以常规治疗.结果术后1～5 d 24 h尿量(mg/kg),试验组病人明显多于对照组,其中以术后第3天最为明显,差别有显著性(P=0.014);术后第5天试验组血清肌酐水平为63±18μ
