The emergence and rapid development of digital computers are the cornerstone and driving force of the contemporary revolution in science and technology. The application of computers is changing the face of many fields of science and technology. Materials science, known as one of the three pillars of the new technological revolution, has and will continue to make a significant contribution to the development of computer technology. The success of semiconductor materials and process technologies is the material basis for integrated circuits. The success of the development of magnetic and optical high-density memory materials has led to a dramatic increase in the ability of computers to store and process information. In contrast, it is regrettable that material science
