提出了面齿轮传动副小轮双向修形方法,推导了修形小轮及面齿轮齿面方程,建立了考虑安装误差的传动啮合方程,研究了局部共轭面齿轮副的啮合特性.算例分析表明:通过对小轮双向修形,可以获得开口向下的抛物线传动误差,改变双向修形参数值能控制接触路径的走向和传动误差的幅值.该方法能实现对面齿轮副局部共轭啮合特性的预控,对避免面齿轮副传动的边缘接触,抑制其啮合振动、噪声具有重要的理论意义.
A two-way modification method of face gear transmission auxiliary wheel is proposed, the tooth surface equation of the modified small wheel and face gear is deduced, and the transmission meshing equation considering the installation error is established, and the meshing characteristics of the local conjugate gear pair are studied. The analysis shows that the parabola transmission error can be obtained by the bi-directional modification of the small wheel, and the direction of the contact path and the amplitude of the transmission error can be controlled by changing the two-way modification parameters. The pre-control of the meshing property has important theoretical significance for avoiding the edge contact of the surface gear pair transmission and restraining the meshing vibration and noise.
