针对川东北地区地质构造复杂、钻探过程中恶性漏失多的情况,研究开发了新型承压堵漏剂,并形成了适用于该地区漏失特点的堵漏工艺技术。新型承压堵漏剂在传统桥接堵漏单纯架桥、填充的基础上,引入具有较强吸水弹塑变形功能的聚合物弹性颗粒SD-1。SD-1进入漏层后,自身体积持续膨胀,且膨胀体具有很好的弹性,兼具膨胀填充和挤紧压实的作用,使堵漏剂具有较好的强化堵漏作用。室内评价实验结果表明,SD-1对钻井液的黏度及切力影响不大,且有一定的降滤失作用;对不同渗透性的砂层及岩心,均具有较好的封堵效果。在川东北的河坝1井和河坝2井的应用结果表明,新型承压堵漏剂安全系数高、可操作性强,具有封堵能力强、候凝时间短的特点。
Aiming at the complicated geological structure in the northeastern Sichuan area and the great loss during the drilling process, a new type of pressure-sealing and sealing agent has been developed and a plugging technology suitable for the characteristics of the leakage in the area has been formed. The new type of pressure-sealing and sealing agent introduces the polymer elastic particle SD-1 which has strong water-absorbing elastic-plastic deformation function on the basis of the traditional bridging and plugging simple bridge and filling. SD-1 into the drain layer, its volume continues to expand, and the expansion body has good flexibility, both the role of expansion and filling and squeeze compaction, so that the plugging agent has a better role in strengthening the plugging. The results of laboratory evaluation show that SD-1 has little effect on the viscosity and shear of drilling fluid, and has a certain effect of reducing fluid loss. It has good sealing effect for sand layers and cores with different permeability. The application results of well Heba 1 and Heba 2 in northeastern Sichuan show that the new pressure-sealing and sealing agent has high safety factor, strong operability, strong plugging ability and short waiting time.
