承受巨大压力的中小学教师有相当多的人存在心理疾病,主要表现在教师的职业态度、人际关系、自我意识、社会适应等方面,其成因与教师的职业特点、社会和家长过高的期望、素质教育的推进和教育管理改革,以及教师个体的人格特征所致。怎么解决心理问题?笔者的观点是发挥美育的育美、育德和超越功能,掌握调适心理方法,教师对自我进行美育教育,达到陶冶情操、优化性格、完善自我的目的,从而促进师生健康成长和全面发展。
