目的了解护士烟草危害知识知晓率水平及控烟态度,为无烟医院创建提供参考依据。方法随机抽取本院和磐安县人民医院257名护士进行烟草危害知识知晓率水平及控烟态度问卷调查。结果护士烟草危害知识以手机网络来源途径最高,占26.98%;医院培训占25.40%;报刊电视占23.02%。护士烟草危害知识知晓率中,以烟草中有害物质可引起多种癌症最高,占99.60%,其次为无论烟量大小均可对健康造成危害,占98.41%。以帮助戒烟的方法和药物知晓率最低,占28.17%;其次为吸烟成瘾是一种慢性疾病,占32.54%。吸烟可致的疾病中,以吸烟可致骨质疏松知晓率最低,为32.14%。护士对控烟态度,认为公共场所不能吸烟者最高,占97.12%;积极动员家属禁止吸烟者占96.03%;利用法律禁止吸烟者占86.90%;认为应提高香烟价格者占46.03%。结论医院要加强护士控烟知识的宣教与培训,进一步提高护士烟草危害知识知晓率,促使护士树立控烟的正确态度,提高护士劝阻吸烟的技能,积极参与无烟医院创建,减少或避免医护人员及患者的烟草危害,保障其身心健康。
Objective To understand the level of awareness of tobacco hazards and tobacco control attitude nurses, to provide a reference for the creation of smoke-free hospitals. Methods A total of 257 nurses in our hospital and Pan’an People’s Hospital were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on knowledge level of tobacco hazard and tobacco control attitude. Results Nurses knowledge of tobacco hazards to cell phone network sources the highest, accounting for 26.98%; hospital training accounted for 25.40%; newspapers and television accounted for 23.02%. Among tobacco nurses, the knowledge of harmful substances in tobacco can cause the highest number of cancers with 99.60% of all the cancerous substances, followed by 98.41% of health risks, regardless of the amount of tobacco smoke. The awareness rate of the methods and drugs to help quit smoking was the lowest, accounting for 28.17%; followed by smoking addiction was a chronic disease, accounting for 32.54%. Among the diseases that can cause smoking, the lowest awareness rate of smoking caused by osteoporosis was 32.14%. Nurses on tobacco control attitude, that the highest in public places can not smoke, accounting for 97.12%; family members to actively mobilize 96.03% of non-smokers; use of law to prohibit smoking accounted for 86.90%; think cigarettes should raise the price of 46.03%. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the education and training of nurses on tobacco control knowledge, further improve the nurses awareness of tobacco hazard awareness, nurses to establish the correct attitude toward tobacco control, improve nurses to discourage smoking skills, and actively participate in creating smoke-free hospitals, reduce or avoid medical staff and patients Of tobacco hazards, to protect their physical and mental health.
