本文建立了反相色谱法同时测定细胞培养基M199中维生素A、维生素E醋酸酯、维生素D2的含量的方法.采用Lichrospher C18,5μm,225×4mmid柱,可变波长UV检测器,甲醇为流动相,样品在10分钟内达到了基线分离.该方法简便、快速,结果可靠,可用于细胞培养基的质量控制.
