全国专利工作会议是在全党、全国人民认真学习贯彻十五大精神,我国专利事业蓬勃发展的形势下召开的。会议的主要任务是在十五大精神指引下,分析研究在我们党和国家把建设有中国特色的社会主义事业全面推向二十一世纪的进程中专利工作面临的形势,明确专利事业跨世纪发展的基本思路和进行工作部署,动员专利战线的广大干部职工,团结奋进,为把更加完善的、现代化的专利制度推向二十一世纪而努力奋斗。
