本文报告了电离辐射诱发的小鼠胸腺淋巴瘤细胞和可疑的癌前变化超微结构形态学特征的观察结果。用~(60)Coγ射线分次全身照射小鼠,累积剂量为6.8Gy。照后不同时间活杀小鼠,取出患淋巴瘤的胸腺及肿大但未发瘤的胸腺,制片。电镜下看到瘤细胞核畸形,核仁大而明显,常染色质为主;出现核内假包涵体;线粒体增多,体积巨大;滑面内质网增生并扩张,在瘤细胞中看到一种圆形病毒样颗粒。在肿大而未发瘤的胸腺中,胸腺淋巴细胞均伴有核的异常改变。
This article reports observations of ionizing radiation-induced ultrastructural morphological features of mouse thymic lymphoma cells and suspicious precancerous changes. The mice were irradiated whole body fractionally with ~(60)Co γ-rays at a cumulative dose of 6.8 Gy. After killing the mice at different times, the thymus gland with enlarged lymphoma and the thymus gland with no tumors were taken out and produced. Under the electron microscope, the nucleus malformation of the tumor was observed, the nucleolus was large and obvious, and the chromatin was predominant; the pseudo-inclusion body in the nucleus appeared; the mitochondria increased and the volume was large; the endoplasmic reticulum of the smooth surface expanded and expanded, and a kind of tumor cells were seen. Circular virus-like particles. In the enlarged and non-tumorous thymus, thymic lymphocytes are accompanied by abnormal nuclear changes.
